The lab of Prof Pieter Van Vlierberghe is interested in the molecular biology of childhood leukemia. Currently, we are looking for a postdoc that wants to work on the implementation of single cell RNA sequencing approaches to study heterogeneity of leukemia samples at diagnosis, during chemotherapy and at relapse. In addition, these human data will be complemented with scRNA seq analysis of mouse models that closely mimic the human disease.
Candidates should have a PhD degree in bio-engineering, computational biology, bio-informatics, biotechnology or biomedical sciences.
Interest, affinity and previous experience in computational biology/bio-informatic analysis of single cell RNAsequencing experiments during PhD is mandatory.
